Tiffany L. Palmer is a partner of Jerner Law Group, P.C. whose practice is focused on family formation through adoption and assisted reproduction law as well as litigation involving legal parentage issues and complex family law dissolution cases. Tiffany has received national recognition for her work in assisted reproduction law.

Honors and Affiliations

Tiffany is the Director of the Family Law Institute of the National LGBT Bar Association. The LGBT Family Law Institute, a joint venture of the LGBT Bar and the National Center for Lesbian Rights, allows experienced LGBT family law practitioners to share collective wisdom and to discuss cutting-edge legal strategies for representing members of the LGBT community. Tiffany is also a fellow to the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys, a credentialed, professional organization dedicated to the advancement of best legal practices in the areas of adoption and assisted reproduction. She is also a member of the National Center for Lesbian Rights Family Law Advisory Council, a group of experienced family law attorneys from around the country that meet annually to discuss LGBT family law issues. Tiffany has been an adjunct professor at the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University, teaching Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and the Law. In 2014, Tiffany received Rutgers Law School’s Mary Philbrook Public Interest Award for her case work and pro bono service on behalf of advancing the rights of LGBT families in Pennsylvania. In 2011, Tiffany was named one of the nation’s “Best LGBT Lawyers Under 40” by the National LGBT Bar Association, an affiliate of the American Bar Association. From 2000 to 2003, Tiffany served as Legal Director at the Equality Advocates Pennsylvania/Center for Lesbian and Gay Civil Rights in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From 1998 to 2000, she was the Family Rights Project Attorney through an Equal Justice Works National Fellowship. From 2008-2011, Tiffany was named as a Rising Star by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, recognizing top attorneys in the Commonwealth under the age of 40.
